For a wet and wild activity for your hen party, give white water rafting a go; you'll soon be hooked on the adrenaline rush that you'll be left with when the session is over!
This grade 3 course is not designed for wimps; it's designed to be wild, and if you don't end up soaked, you're doing it wrong. The man made course is environmentally friendly, powered as it is by a completely natural river - but just because it's good for the environment, don't expect it to be tame...
The perfect outdoor activity either for the summer or the winter months, you'll be provided with life jackets and helmets to keep you safe, and you'll also benefit from a full briefing at the start. There are a few things to note, however:
- Everyone who takes part must be a confident swimmer in open water.
- During the summer months, 6-8 people are allowed per raft.
- During November to March 1st, each raft may contain 7 people maximum.
- Those aged under 18 years old are allowed to take part, but must bring a parental consent form with them on the day to allow them to participate.
